Growing up in Ortigia, I've spent the last 5+ years guiding nearly 2,000 guests through the flavors and stories of my island. I'm not just here to feed you — I want you to feel the warmth, rhythm, and soul of Sicily as if you were walking with a local friend. Each stop is a piece of my story, and you're invited to be part of it.
80% of the tour is on foot, through Ortigia's pedestrian areas, avoiding tourist traps and exploring hidden alleys.
Our route takes you through the most authentic parts of Ortigia, away from the tourist crowds. We'll walk through narrow medieval streets, historic squares, and local neighborhoods where real Sicilians live and work.
The tour is designed to be leisurely and accessible, with plenty of stops to rest, eat, and take photos. We'll cover about 1.5 km (less than a mile) in total, making it suitable for most fitness levels.
Along the way, I'll share stories about Ortigia's rich history, from ancient Greek settlements to modern Sicilian life, connecting each food stop to the island's cultural heritage.

Come hungry! The tour includes 7 generous tastings that equal a full meal. Most guests tell us they're comfortably full by the end and don't need dinner afterward.
Absolutely! Children love our tour, especially the sweet stops. We offer a reduced price for children under 12, and we can adjust the pace and content to keep young ones engaged.
The tour runs rain or shine. In case of light rain, we provide umbrellas. For severe weather, we have indoor alternatives or can reschedule if necessary.
Full refund with 48 hours notice, 50% refund with 24 hours notice. No refunds for same-day cancellations, but we can often reschedule you for another day if available.
